What is the minimum order quantity? +
Our minimum custom order is $500 with a 50-unit minimum per design. This allows us to set up production dies and ensures quality at scale. Volume discounts are available starting at 200+ units. For smaller quantities, visit our retail catalog on Shopify.
How long does production take? +
Typically 4 weeks from approved artwork. This includes design refinement, die production, metal milling, plating, finishing, and quality inspection. Rush options available upon request.
Can you work from a rough sketch? +
Absolutely. We refine concepts from sketches, photos, or descriptions into production-ready artwork. Our design team handles all technical considerations at no extra charge.
What material and plating options are available? +
All coins are die-struck from zinc alloy for consistent detail and durability. Plating options include nickel, antique gold, antique silver, black nickel, and custom colors for soft or hard enamel fill. Seven edge types are available: Flat Cut, Flat Wave, Oblique Line, Rope Cut, Spur, Diamond, and Reeded.
What does the estimate include? +
The online estimate includes per-coin pricing, a one-time mold fee for your custom design, and UPS Air shipping to the continental US. Special features like UV printing and laser engraving are priced separately. Final pricing is confirmed after we review your design for color count and complexity.
Do you ship internationally? +
Yes. We ship worldwide with tracking and insurance. International orders may require additional documentation depending on destination. Contact us for specific rates and timelines.
